Welcome to City Doctor (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using City Doctor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

City Doctor is a healthcare information and appointment facilitation platform.
Through the App, users (“you”, “your”) can:

• Browse verified doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Use filters to find healthcare providers by specialty, location, rating, or availability.
• Book appointments directly with doctors or hospitals without any payment through the App.

City Doctor is not a hospital, clinic, or medical service provider.
We do not provide medical consultations, prescriptions, or emergency medical assistance. Our role is limited to connecting users with healthcare providers.

2. Eligibility

To use City Doctor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or use the App under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and appointment booking.

If you are booking an appointment for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. When you do:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Appointment Booking

• Users can book appointments with listed doctors or hospitals through the App.
• Appointment confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules are handled directly by the healthcare provider.
• No payments are processed through the App. Any consultation fees, if applicable, are paid directly to the doctor or hospital at the time of the appointment.
• City Doctor is not responsible for appointment delays, cancellations, or any disputes between users and providers.

5. Information Accuracy

We aim to ensure that all doctor and hospital information on City Doctor is accurate and up-to-date.
However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings.
• The information displayed (qualification, experience, specialization, timing, etc.) is provided by the respective doctors or hospitals.
• Users are advised to verify critical information directly with the healthcare provider before visiting.

6. Responsibilities of Doctors and Hospitals

By listing on City Doctor, healthcare providers agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and updated information about their qualifications, experience, and services.
• Ensure that all content and services offered comply with applicable medical ethics and laws.
• Acknowledge that City Doctor merely displays their information and facilitates appointment requests.

City Doctor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or contains false or misleading information.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Misuse the App or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the App’s functionality or data.

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• City Doctor, its affiliates, and team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
  • The use or inability to use the App.
  • Any medical advice or service provided by listed healthcare providers.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in provider listings.
• City Doctor is not a party to any transaction or interaction between users and doctors/hospitals.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Data Protection Rules, 2011.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on City Doctor are the property of City Doctor or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

11. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App:

• For violation of these Terms.
• For any activity that may harm other users or the reputation of City Doctor.
• For compliance with legal or regulatory requests.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms will be posted on the App with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of City Doctor after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
